I have tickets for Disneyland® Paris, do I have to pay for PanoraMagique?

Yes, access to the PanoraMagic Balloon is extra.

How long does the flight last?

The flight lasts 6 minutes, with a departure every 10 minutes.

Can we see the fireworks from the balloon?

Yes, if the fireworks take place during the opening hours of the balloon.

What are your opening hours?

Check the practical-information page to be aware of the opening times depending on the period. A departure takes place every 10 minutes depending on the weather.

Is it better during the day or at night?

Daytime and night flights offer a different view of Disneyland® Paris, both of which are very popular with passengers.

Is there a photographer?

No, but the pilot can take pictures of you with your smartphone.

Is there a rate for disabled people?

No, we do not offer a different rate.

Do you offer group rates?

Yes, PanoraMagique applies a 10% discount for a minimum of 20 people. Do not hesitate to contact us.

Is there a discount with my Disney Annual Pass?

Yes, a discount from 15 to 25% is offered.

Do I need to buy park tickets to access the balloon?

No, the PanoraMagique balloon is located in Disney Village®, where access is free.

I have a gift box, do I need to book?

No, you just need to check the weather conditions on the day by visiting our website.

Can I buy my ticket now and come back later?

No, because the ticket allows you to be located in the boarding gate.

Do I have to pay for parking?

Yes, the nearest car park is the Indigo car park on Avenue Paul Seramy.

Is the balloon located in Disneyland® Paris?

No, it is located at Lake Disney in Disney® Village.

Do you accept payment by credit card?

Yes, and also contactless mobile payments.

Can I get into the balloon basket with my wheelchair for the elderly or disabled?

Yes, if it is a manual wheelchair. The access is too narrow for people in electric wheelchairs.

I am pregnant, can I board the helium tethered balloon flight?

No, we invite you to postpone your flight for a few months.

Can I ride with my baby's stroller?

No, you should leave your stroller on the platform and hold your baby.

How much does the PanoraMagique pin cost?

The pin is made of enamelled metal and costs €14. You can find it at the ticket office.
